The New Dreams Tonight Kachina is made predominantly from salvaged metal. Ground turquoise and a subtle glow-in-the dark powder infuse the resin head. The hair comes from part of an old bandsaw blade. While rust and old red paint vie for attention, a three-dimensional anthropomorphic figure — plasma cut by hand and worn to a bright shine with an angle grinder — steals/steels the show.
