Big Horn Music Shaman
Inspired by ancient rock art, rust, and the beat of a different drummer, the Big Horn Music Shaman is made almost entirely from reclaimed metal. It features the figure of a flute-playing sheep plasma cut by hand into the steel. (The original petroglyph can be found in Sand Island near Bluff, Utah/photo #9.) The abstract resin head is infused with actual ground turquoise from the American Southwest and has a muted matte finish.
The feathers, arms, and hands come from old snap ties commonly used in construction.
